Wonder what ever happened to all that gold the Spanish sent for safekeeping to the USSR to keep it away from Franco’s armies.

The central bank only said that “due to the variability of the content of gold in the bars, it is not possible to specify with certainty the exact number of bars purchased." Oops!

Houston, we have a problem! I still remember that some investors had serial numbers on gold bullion stored with Global Crossing (probably in an English Bank) that the bankruptcy court did not allow to have the bullion. The last I heard they were paid 80% of the value. FRAUD! And Corzine has never been charged with anything and has not spent a day in jail. Rigged game? Yep.
