This isn’t unique to BoA. Big banks in general could care less about the average person. Foreign call centers, fees for everything, long lines, denying account access, etc. Use a locally owned bank or even better small credit union. Now that banks like BoA know they can put their hand in the government trough to stay alive they have no reason to care about customers.
I bank at Chase and so far no problems... I should have never banked at BOA...
Couldn’t have said it better myself. Been taken in by them in the past but escaped without too much damage some years ago. I let everyone know to give BofA and other large banks a wide berth and to stick to the little guys.
