Karl Marx spent much of his time configuring his so-called economic theory by reading at some libraries in London. He read Adam Smith in order to figure out how to smash capitalism. (Yeah, HE could be the invisible hand.) He read history of the French Revolution in order to get clues as to how to implement a class struggle. So, can we conclude that Marx was some sort of genius? Hardly. The only thing his minions have done for years is to try to figure out how to "do it right." They begin with a faulty theory and then try to put the fixes in.
The problem with Marx and all the other fixers is that all of their ideas do not square with human nature, at all. It was designed precisely as program for pure human domination. Period.
It cannot be fixed because it is completely flawed. It can do nothing but ultimately fail. And when it does it will never, ever have another opportunity to be revived.

Apparently not. The entire democrat party, led by their idol — the puppet of soros — is attempting to revive it now.
