Right to Work requires unions to deliver a satisfactory product to their customers at an agreeable price, or they will lose those customers.
In this case the "customers" are the union rank and file members, and the "product" is a contract that is beneficial to the member.
The key element is that all sides enter into this voluntarily without duress, anything else is extortion.

Fine, as long as it's voluntary.
Competition is good, even for unions. Small is good too.
Unions have a role only as long as they represent the members and not primarily the Democrat-Communist-Organized_Crime complex.
If I was to start a union, one of the primary bylaws would be: Money from dues are never to be used for political contributions.
