I think it’s become very, very clear that gun control has nothing to do with logic and reason.
If the leftists win on magazine limits, I expect a few natural responses:
(1) Buy a larger caliber so that 7 shots, 10 shots, or whatever the fascists permit us little people to keep will be enough to take down multiple threats (which the extremists on the left will hate).
(2) Buy multiple personal-defense firearms so that we can switch from one to another when we need more shots (which the extremists on the left will hate).
(3) Ignore unconstitutional laws and resist attempts to infringe on our God-given right to keep and bear arms just as Americans have done since Lexington and Concord (which the extremists on the left will hate).
My money is on option #3, but in any case this will not turn out well for the fascists.

Thing is, we are much like the Jews in Germany in the mid-1930’s. Sometimes evil has to reach full fruition before it is destroyed. We can preach to them. But I’m noticing more and more that leading a horse to water is not enough. I’ve been highly active on liberal boards for 7 years now. They are becoming more numerous and more dismissive through ad-hominem.
There is a time to shake the dust off your feet. You don’t stop spreading the word, but you don’t keep trying to brow beat the same people over and over.
And the SMART Jews in Germany didn’t coninue on fighting. Eventually they got a boat ticket and got the heck out of Dodge. In my own way, that is what I did.

We need standard capacity magazines in order to form an effective militia to resist tyrants, be they foreign or domestic.

I don’t think it’s right to even answer the question. The proper response to this impertinent, insulting, wildly improper question is - as long as it’s legal it is none of your f-ing business why I need anything.

More people will be killed in the first 10 rounds anyway.
If the Tuscon shooter had been limited to a 10 rd mag, Gabby Giffords would have still been shot, the person after her shot, and Judge Roll still dead as a doornail.
And if the shooter had used a .357 mag or a 7 shot .45,those three would be dead along with some others.
Notice how the shooter planned for weeks on how to do his shootings and maximize their victims.
My question is, why stop at only two? :)
For the record I own no guns, but I do own three guitars, only one of which is a Strat.
In the remote possibilty of a bad ET alien invasion we will want LOTS of ammo. Or feed them lots of unarmed liberals.
The latter preferable.

people do not carry extra magazines for defense. (think joe and joan average) If attacked, what the [insert type here] has already internally is ALL they will have to defend.
We need large capacity drones.
