Not must, are, or rather, we may suffer as a result of the sins of our ancestors. It's an inescapable fact.

On the other hand, as sinners, none of us are innocent before God. We may have a right to complain to civil authority about any injustice that we may experience, but we have no right to complain to God about any injustice that we suffer.
