On his talk show ‘Real Time with Bill Maher,’ Bill Maher explained how Sarah Palin being fired from Fox News may not be the somewhat comforting news that liberals were enjoying.
Maher instead likens Palin to other axed Fox News personality, Glenn Beck. After exiting Fox News, Beck took "patented brand of apocalyptic race baiting" (according to Maher) and went on to create his own web series that charges people $10 a month.
Last year, Beck made $80 million, landing him in seventh place on the Forbes wealthiest celebrities. Thus, Maher slams such pundits as “con men.”
Says Maher, "They don't care about winning elections; they care about separating rubes from their money. They discovered that there's a fortune to be made by keeping a small portion of America under the illusion that they are always under attack, from Mexicans or ACORN or Planned Parenthood or gays or takers, global warming hoaxers; it doesn't matter.”

As I understand it, Sarah Palin turned the contract down.
Beck should see if she’s interested in a regular spot she can do from Alaska.
Palin’s tag for a show can be. “I’m Sarah Palin and I can see America from my front porch”

Glenn Beck reinvested nearly all of his earnings into building an internet communications network, attracting both viewers and advertisers, creating hundreds of new jobs in the process and making Fascist butt-sniffers and celebrity chasers like Maher irrelevant.
I know that Beck’s eventual goal is to bring his network to cable nationwide but it takes time. I know its already available on some satellite.
Maher is just jealous and whiny. Its also important to note that Maher does get paid and much of that money probably comes from people who don’t even know who he is.
Liberals are the stupidest people on the planet..let me explain it to them SLOWLY so even they can understand..Sarah Palin did NOT get “Fired” From Fox News..they offered her a contract, she said NO..do you get it now libs or should I whip out the sock puppets and do a reenactment

Maher is a name-calling bully who works for Time-Lies-Warner-Turner, a network monopoly known for making it up and bigotry.
I miss Sarah!! Maybe FOX didn’t offer her enough, but found the $$ to pay that little freak former Ohio rep. Kusinich (sp?).
We need to hear from Sarah and more TRUE conservatives!!
