Actually, there are websites that track very intimate details of the watches presidents wear. they really offer a significant time line. In this case, i have no idea, other than most of the ones i, quickly, checked have no inventory of the watch in the photograph.

I downloaded the largest file available, 3000x2000 but the 5D Mark III is capable if much higher. After zooming in on his watch and dropping the levels so the watch is dark it appears as though there has been some manipulation to the watch face, maybe to obscure the actual time.

Also, many parts of the weapon, etc are slightly out of focus however his right arm has an extremely straight line down it as well as his sleeve on his right arm. The light appears to be coming from 2 different directions. It is extremely difficult to shoot a dark shirt and have the fabric show up well when the light is coming from over his high right shoulder.
