Good article. Hillary was completely able to skate on the latter point and nobody even really asked her about it, from what I have read.
I was so appalled by her "What difference does it make?" remark that I was sure she'd gone too far even for the press. But now today I read that they're all admiring her for saying such a completely offensive, senseless and utterly stupid thing. Hillary, Obama and the entire gang can say anything they want and do or not do anything they want, and for some reason, the press and the political world fall down and worship.
I keep remembering McCain on the 2008 campaign trail at one of his town hall meetings, comforting an elderly lady, saying “no, dear...Mr. Obama is not a terrorist...”
The proper answer should have been “what difference does it make...”
Our leaders have committed treason a thousand times and know they can do the same a thousand times more...because as far as the people zoned out on xbox and american idol and cashing their EBTs are concerned it makes no difference...no difference at all...bread and circuses...
