I’d like to bring to the US two friends from the Central American country where I work. One needs to go to a one week long class, the other I’d like to pay for him to attend drafting classes at the local junior college.
Both men need these skills to better do their jobs in their home country.
So far, the bureaucratic obstacles at the US Embassy there seem insurmountable.
