Yep. It is no longer a fair game, where each side has four downs to make a first down. The Dem's now have five downs per series. The GOP, only two.
The Dem's understand and take full advantage of this. But the GOP keeps calling plays as if they had four downs, which they don't. Result: the GOP keeps turning the ball over to the Dem's, time and again.
