Hard to predict exactly what they will do, but obey the constitution is not one of the likely choices.

You have to go by the evidence, and the O-bummah admin has done nothing lawful during its tenure.

I will agree that when given the choice, Obama has always chosen the most audacious path possible, whether with cabinet nominees or in responding to legislative negotiations.

That said, one would hope that the more outrageous Obama becomes, the more motivated the population will become to push back. I believe that organizing a militia gathering and then surrounding them and confiscating their lawful weapons would be akin to closing off a Warsaw ghetto and criminalizing its residents.

That would be an outrage that would quickly mobilize the rest of the nation.
