It certainly appears that Russia is earnest in it’s desire to move in the right direction, and the return of morality should positively enable Russians to reduce the political corruption, and move to a more just rule of law.

However, everything has changed. Today, France, America and even Brazil adore socialism, high taxes, abortion and sodomy, while Russia, with all her imperfections, is moving away from these evils.
