You’re playing childish word games. You know exactly what i meant. The question and the handwringing agony about shooting at them in uniform should not be directed at we who would be the target of their attack. Instead it should be asked of the people in uniform before they ever follow orders of that nature.
If they do, it is a civic duty to blow out their lamp. They are redcoats, nazis, etc.
And if you are a little creative, ponder something. Genocides are usually done by other members of your society. Hutus killed fellow Rwandans. Nazis murdered fellow Germans. NKVD agents murdered Soviet citizens. Mao murdered Chinese people. Pol Pot murdered Cambodians.
The one who comes to kill you, or to strip away your freedom will almost certainly be an American, in an American uniform, with flag patches on their shoulders. So what? Get over it.
