There is no amendment to the Constitution that says, "The right to buy and carry cough medicine shall not be infringed."
But the 2nd Amendment says the right to keep and bear arms SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED.

Not that facts enter into the gun control debate now that the Left-wing extremists see an opportunity to end America as we knew it, but here are two journal articles that illustrate the unintended consequences of gun control, namely increased murder and suicide rates, and mass-murder by government of its own citizens.

I’m in Reno or K Falls every couple of months so this is no problem for me. I will have to bring in more powder primers and bullets for my reloading room.
I’m wondering how many of these homicides were not murder.

Black market opportunities. The Mexican cartels already have distribution routes and distributors in place.

California has been trying to find a way around the voter’s rejection of a handgun ban since the failure or Proposition 15 back in 1982.

James said. "Gun violence will continue unless we control the sale of bullets." Dumbass, you cannot control the sale of bullets any more than you can control the sale of cocaine. You can only control the sale of "legal" bullets.

How many were killed by DUI’s, drug overdoses, etc. in Kaliforniastan last year? Probably many more than gun crimes. How many killed in just regular car crashes not involving DUI, and teen drivers? How many did they kill?

Great, just what I need, more Californians in front of me in the ammo line at the next gun show! In Tucson last weekend of 42 cars I walked past and noticed the license plates on, 30 were from AZ, 8 were from CA and 4 were snow birds - 2 x SD, 1 x MN and 1 x IL - and they weren’t in the exhibitor’s lot. Something tells me a lot of ammo and 30 round mags made their way up I10 and I8 that night.

"'2,800 people in California were killed last year by gunfire,' Skinner said."
Wow. The problem is obviously the State and its ideology from New York, and shortly before that, from overseas--not firearms. Try a war on drugs to solve the problem--a real war, not a metaphorical one. As for a new law, consider it to be a war for our country's defense against a foreign enemy attack. Open recruiting offices. Build up our military forces.

Don’t swallow this one, Americans!
“Gee, how MUCH ammo is enough?”
“Gee, which KIND of ammo is ‘just right’?”
“Gee, which CALIBER of ammo is ‘just right’?”
When you have cluster(b)uck politicians and bean counter bureaucrats decide what is ‘right for you’, do the opposite!

If you have ever been convicted OR CHARGED with a DUI, public intoxication, or have driving restrictions THEN you may not own or buy or possess an automobile.
it is for the children.
