Disagree on the glo sticks. I used to stock those but their shelf life is so short the darn things were useless everytime I pulled them out.

Check out the Krill lights.
Web page here. I used the hell out mine when I was deployed. Batteries last a long time, and it doesn't wipe out your night vision.

Same same...bought a whole box once (maybe 24-25?...forget), they sat on the shelf &,
I would take a few out for night diving occasionally. After 2 years they were all duds.
