We’re a pretty gun heavy state here in Michigan and the one thing they never talk about is the fact that the long guns aren’t registered anywhere.

Yep, was born and raised in CA which is now a lib state and was next to impossible to get a CC years ago and still is but no license required to buy hand guns or long guns.

Lived in OR, a gun heavy state and CC is pretty easy to get in many counties, no license required to buy either.

Now live in WA which is controled by libs but CC can be gotten by law abiding citizens, no license required to buy either.

No registration required in any of the three for long guns and none for hand guns that I know of except for initial purchase for background check which is not supposed to be retained.

“They” never talk about that, because ya’ll are so close to Canada...where noncompliance with so-called mandatory registration of weapons became such a popular anti-government movement, that I think “they” finally quit trying, out of fear for their lives.

(I might be wrong on the quit trying part!)

I've found it works out better for society if everyone just assumes everyone else is also packing two or more lethal weapons, at all times.
