Just to compare black populations across a few countries France has <3%, Germany has 1%, the UK has <2%. The US has 12.6%.
'They show that among those proceeded against for street crimes, 54 per cent were black; for robbery, 59 per cent; and for gun crimes, 67 per cent. Street crimes include muggings, assault with intent to rob and snatching property.'
That's crazy high for such a low percentage of people. Take that away, and the crime rate drops astronomically for England.
I think education is a huge factor, and one that is overlooked. Take for example, Sydney Australia. 7+ million people in one of the most culturally diverse areas on the planet (heavy European, Asian influences), very tight gun control, very low crime - one of the lowest. Education standards are very high.
