I am 66 yrs. old and sick and tired of dealing with people’s disapproval of other people’s weight. - I’ve dieted a lot of my life; but mostly didn’t pick up weight until after 40. Even then, I wasn’t grossly obese; except in the eyes of the “who’s who and what’s what” PC dieters’ opinions - and they tend to think if you’re not skinny as a stick of spaghetti you’re too fat.
I’m hungry, and I’m gonna eat. I have to cook. Don’t feel like being hungry and not eating like a human being. - The BRAIN is composed of fat. We need fat; lest we get alzheimers. - Today this is good, that is bad. Tomorrow it’ll be something else. Besides, Michelle has done got on my one good nerve about food.
Enjoy your eating and don’t let the ba****** get you down.

I’m overweight, too, just not as much as I used to be. Women I know at the gym now tell me that I look good. This kind of diet actually works. Eat as much as you want of meat, veggies and eggs. :-)
