BTW, it's not exactly an allergy ~ has to do with genes ~ you have the originals ~ folks without a problem eating wheat are the mutants!

As we age those genes get to take over and protect us from loaves of bread, beer, and soy sauce.

Also makes shopping much easier ~ 10 minutes tops at any market on Earth!

Now, the bad news ~ you'll notice your sensitivity to wheat becoming more extreme the less of it you eat. We all eventually reach the point of worrying about where was that knifeblade, last, and recoiling in horror upon learning somebody cooked pancakes on the part of the grill our fried egg is now.

LOL, yep now that my diet issues are solved my new goal is to avoid becoming a food fanatic and insufferable bore to family and relations.

Don’t forget to check your nutritional supplements. Some of them use wheat as a component.
