Thank you! Calories in calories out concept is a joke. So is Big Govs food pyramid. I’m pretty sure the corn and grain lobby paid for that once upon a time.
Heh. I got flamed big-time by a fellow FReeper a couple months back who thoroughly approves of the government regulations forcing restaurants to post the calorie content of their menu items. I explained to him that calorie-counting is obsolete and the regs are an unnecessary cost burden to businesses.
He was just furious with me. Calls himself a conservative but this was one nanny-state regulation he liked.
