Just casing the joint, but it's on a CORNER LOT such that she's got 2/3 of her lot covered by passing traffic ~ so she's riding on her neighbors with permits to carry.

She's even got a fireplug nearby ~ cuts down on those high fire insurance costs.

What that means is she really is concerned with security and safety, but doesn't want anybody else to get an edge on her.
