Dems in CT: DSS Chief Roderick Bremby in Trouble for Lying in Federal Eldercare Court Case.

Here is a movie showing how bad the Connecticut Democrats are, with Gov. Dan Malloy covering for DSS wonk Roderick Bremby: http://youtu.be/xTtY8pC6lsI

Our family filed to intervene in a pending lawsuit because our mother, suffering from ALZ, was not getting her Title XIX Medicaid benefits processed in a timely fashion. It is a HUGE problem in CT and many disadvantaged and elderly people are being denied benefits that were already paid for.

There are two lawsuits pending:

Shafer v. Bremby 12-CV-00039 on Medicaid processing issues, and Briggs v. Bremby 12-CV-00324 on Food Stamps. We don't need not stinking food stamps but we do need the medicaid for our mother and we don't need DSS Commissioner Roderick Bremby and his lawyers working on our tax dollars lying to the Court about when we filed our application.

Bremby and his lawyers are facing Rule 11 Sanctions for claiming that we did not complete our Title XIX Medicaid application for our mother on 15 December, 2011 when in point of fact all of the emails and logical inferences support our contention. Monsieur Bremby and lawyer Jennifer Callahan, having sold us down the river, declined to respond to the Rule 11 Safe Harbor notice so I filed our Motion two days ago.

But meanwhile the poop is rising from a companion tributary: In Briggs v. Bremby, 2012-CV-00324 the Court firmly rejected his contention that the Statutory timelines to complete food stamp applications were merely guidelines and that they did not grant a private remedy. At this point we clearly have stare decisis, enough so that lead counsel in Shafer v. Bremby cited Briggs as supplemental authority.

I got banned from attending a settlement conference and told that I could not run video on a public sidewalk. Appalling.

God bless you, Christopher, for caring so much to look out for your mom and seek justice.

May the Truth and justice win out! May your constitutional rights win out. God help you and your mom and bless you.

Merry Christmas. I pray that Jesus set this crooked path straight and deliver and heal you from the offense.
