I remember my best friend getting his nose broken when we were playing unsupervised baseball. He was catching and his sister was at bat and overswung and clocked him.
Nobody got in trouble. His dad took a look and declared that he would live. We were back playing baseball the very next day (with a wary eye on the sister when she was at bat)
What? No lifeflight to the nearest trauma center? No police report? No child services investigation? No lawsuit?
