Author Joyce Carol Oates sent out a Tweet in the aftermath of the Connecticut school shooting that's sadly typical of today's angry Left. The celebrated scribe wondered if NRA members became victims of gun violence perhaps more gun control legislation would finally be passed.
It's almost as if Oates had a rooting interest in NRA members getting killed, assuming it would help the greater good in her estimation, of course.
Former "CSI" star Marg Helgenberger doubled down on Oates' cruel Tweet. The actress responded to Oates' comments but added her own grisly two cents.

My wife was always amused because Helgenberger started out each season with a smooth and expressionless face and ended each season with a haggard, pained face.
Off-season botox, obviously - and equally as obviously the producers did not want her to re-dose during shooting because it would make the continutity - especially in HD - choppy.
The good thing is oats and carrots are cheap.
The vast majority of them are hypocrites; millionaires with armed bodyguards.
I suspect neither of these women have considered that some of the parts who lost children in that tragedy may be gun owners and/or NRA members. Well, it’s not quite the same as killing an NRA member but perhaps some of their children are dead. I guess these gals will have to be content with that.
