They do? They’re the ones that need massive amounts of communications just to take a dump. We don’t. We built all the communications systems, they just use it. If anyone knows how to distrupt anything it is the people that built it.
Don’t forget, CB radio and amateur radio. IIRC, I once saw film clips of the Chiapas rebels in Mexico using CB radios for communications.
