Yes. Hubris will cause Obama to overplay his hand, and it will once again be off to the races.

Pubs have basically been stupid.

for decades, the liberals have infiltrated and taken over the education system and raised children to be wards of the state.

that’s why they fight school vouchers and the government allows government workers to unionize. that in itself is the recipe for destruction of the American way of life.

the communists/fascists have taken over the entertainment industry, and people look up to them, idolize them (sic) and give them legitimacy, even those that are dumber than striesand.

furthermore, we do not need middle of the roaders running for office, we do not need compromise, we need conquest. tea party fits the bill.

the next four years will be devastating for the country. end up a banana republic.

in the long term, the public has to be re-educated. the Constitution is not a bad thing. freedom is a good thing.

The Bill of Rights are a good thing.

if we are going to win, we have to adhere to right-wing conservative stands, not compromising with commies or fascists, and making the constrasts plain and simple to understand.

blessings, bobo

The only way to beat the DNC (Don’t Nail my Check) party is in three steps
1) Conservatives must fight to stop voter fraud. Whatever it takes, if it means door to door to root out fraud so be it.
2) Conservatives must decide to either take over the Republican Party or form their own.
3) We must run conservative candidates in the next three elections and test the path to victory.
4) Our presidential candidate must not be Democrat light but conservative

Why would there ever be another election?

America is through!

Obama sought to destroy it, and now he will.

Can the GOP win an election? Sure. Conservatives can’t though.

Just look at Britain which is even more of a Socialist nation than we are. Every so often, Labour screws up so badly that the Tories win. The Tories aren’t conservatives though.

Same will happen here. Once in a very great while, the Dems will run someone so corrupt and so incompetent that the GOP will win.

The winner won’t be a conservative though. They will simply be a caretaker until the true Socialist can resume power four years later.

We will win future presidential elections as long as we as a party come down on immigration sometime soon and before 2024 when Texas and Arizona will be toss-up or Democratic states.

If noting is down about immigration, the party will not be able to win elections after 2024.

” - - - DO YOU THINK THE GOP CAN WIN ANOTHER PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION? “

No.

The GOP will continue to lose Presidential Elections, and the coat tail House and Senate elections as long as they run their wanna-be Democrat RINOs.

Rubio is a perfect loser for 2016 because he is a “wanna-be Democrat amnesty to illegal aliens from Mexico” proponent.

Ryan is also a perfect loser in 2016 because NONE of his “Ryan Budget” cut any spending year to year.

Perry loses because of support for amnesty to illegal alien Mexicans, and his brain-dead, Vampire Capitalism comments.

Pick a peck of perfect RINOs and the GOP will continue to lose Elections for the same reasons that Dole, McCain and Romney lost: THEY WERE REPUBLICANS IN NAME ONLY!

BTW, the GOP eventually will have to ask: “Why does the GOP still exist as a Political Party?”

Nobody out here in Flyover Country has a clue as to why the GOP hasn’t folded years ago.

My opinion, Absolutely. Actually, while I would have liked the election to have gone to Romney as much as anyone, there may be a silver lining. IMHO, the USA is headed to a depression that will dwarf the 1930’s.Much of it is likely to happen in the next 4 years. It is unlikely that Romney could have stopped it.Had he been in office while the spiral downward continued, he would have been blamed. Obama’s regime may very well have to cut out many of the entitlements his supporters have come to depend on. And he will get the blame for it.

If the treatment of Sarah Palin by Romney, the Republican establishment, and so forth, the answer is no.

I like Sarah Palin, she can energize the conservative base
like we have not seen since the days of Reagan and Goldwater. She can raise money and deliver the vote.
To deny her a speaking role at the Republican convention was
idiotic. In the interests of full disclosure-I think if she
ran for president she would lose, but she can be a force it the elections in 2014 and 2016.

Maybe not. I see a popular republican winning back enough women and miniorities. But it won’t be easy. And that is the only way it happens. Too many people are on the dole one way or the other, and liking it.

The Dems will not have Obama on the ballot in 2014 or 2016, so Obama’s cult-followers won't show up. So I would expect they would easily lose to reasonably competent GOP candidates.

The big story in 2013 and carrying into 2014 will be the failure to implement the Obamacare exchanges and the huge premiums that will be announced before the October 1, 2013 medical insurance plan election period.

Also, the wave of layoffs caused by the 50 employee trigger level and the 30-hour full-time level will spike the unemployment rate and crush economic growth. This will continue until the public demands repeal of Obamacare, IMO.

That is a good question, are republicans capable of learning from mistakes like Romney?

Do hard left, Obamacare, Masschusetts governors with a single election victory in 20 years of campaigns, and that could not run for reelection in that single term, because they ended with 34% approval, normally do real well as republican presidential candidates? Do republicans want to try a different type of candidate in 2016?
