If it is not a problem (and the services provided were what they should be) then you would not have all these orginizations trying to help vets. When you have lawyers offering hep there is a problem. If you think every thing is ok so be it. Not everyone has had the same luck. None if the vets in my family has had a problem (including me) but that does not mean that the VA is good for all.

Why not, just because some can't get everything they want? When and where did the VA ever promise to take care of non-service connected injuries anyway?
Problem is too many think they're owed something for their service, when in fact, it was a privilege, not a burden, to serve America. With citizenship comes responsibility.
My own father-in-law, a WWII vet, was PO'd at the VA because they wouldn't give him free dentures. "They owe me." Sorry Pops, no they don't.
