I agree with you, we do a disservice in characterizing them as “terrorists.” Terrorists implies no connection to a government and then they are subject to only criminal prosecutions.
The reality is the are Islamic Soldiers in Service to the Royal Caliphate. They are enemy soldiers of the worst kind.
ROE should be take no prisoners.
