"Some had hoped that President Obama would focus on job creation and back off his high tax/stimulus spending agenda that has so damaged the economy. It does appear that four years of failure have taught him nothing."

People just don't get it. Four years of experience have taught him plenty. It is has taught him how to even more effectively cripple the US. Obama is not a failure. He is an enemy and saboteur who is deliberately deconstructing America with the intention of bringing it down to the level of the rest of the world and to open the country to international control through the UN, a weakened military and an economy that will no longer be the strongest in the world. Loss of economic power will lead to losses in every other segment of influence.

I would like to see 10% across the board government spending cuts each year until the spending is brought under control. That's 10% less than last year's spending, not 10% less than the projected increase.

In addition, every % of increase in taxes must be matched by an additional % of across the board spending cuts.

Pay cuts start larger at the highest pay grades, and get smaller, percentage wise, as the pay grades go down--because any tax increase does just that to the private sector.

If the right played like the left, they would HOWL for a huge increase in the military budget due to our obvious failures in light of Benghazi, pointing to lack of intelligence, lack of communication, lack of capability in equipment, etc. This would mean a focus on Benghazi and what happened there, as well as the tried and true tactic of asking for a whole lot so you can “compromise” to less, the less being what you wanted in the first place.
