I agree, Rush is probably correct.
There is more than one thing they are able to hang over his head.
- His wife, who has a lucrative administration job.
- Prosecution for mishandling of confidential information.
- Prosecution of his mistress ditto.
- Future employment prospects in the NGO/academic/contracting/consulting world.

Rush feels like most of us do. That is that BO will continue to get away with his crimes and will not be touched. He has seemed pretty much resigned to that since the election and he's probably right. BO has survived the fake birth certificate, the bio that he himself wrote that stated he was born in Kenya. Massively expensive trips, going around Congress and therefore the constitution and the AMerican people with his orders. Waving a wand for young illegals and so on and so on. It's no wonder we all feel that there's no way BO will suffer anything about Benghazi. Why so many want to protect him at the cost of their own skins is beyond me.
