Can someone please explain to me how it is possible to have voter turnout well in excess of 100% at some St. Lucie County polling stations?

It isn’t possible. Massive voter fraud.
It’s time the spineless Repubs got their heads out of their behinds and did something about it.

That Supervisor created a form on her first page no one else I know in the state uses, to account for each card voted of a multi-card ballot. Each voter there got 2 cards, some voted all the questions on both cards, some didn't.
Her stupid form created a firestorm, and not even she can explain it.
This state elections office link has all the results reported so far for each race in each county:
http://enight.elections.myflorida.com/MyElection/County/default.aspx?sid=StLucieCounty&referral=track

Her complete report is 170 pages long, and shows precinct level votes for each race. The average turnout for county wide votes is 70%
St. Lucie 123,750 votes cast 175,554 eligible voters= 70%

That does not include the military ballots which will be counted statewide on Friday.

Hope that helps-
