Glens Falls Hospital announced Tuesday morning it is eliminating 29 jobs and reducing five other employees to part-time status, as part of a cost-reduction program being blamed on “declining reimbursement levels and other economic challenges.”

I'm real;ly surprised that companies are LAYING OFF PEOPLE!! jeez, I thought with ZERO's RE-ELECTION (Or is it STEALING?) that the ECONOMY was going great!!!

We were supposed to hire three new people in our department to cover an new addition in the hospital. HR decided this week to just spread the people we do have in order not to do the new hires. I’m just glad to have a job.
