I remember reading a while ago that the employee number Hussein's healthcare will use to force healthcare on employers, will be the number of employees in early 2013, even though it starts in 2014 - companies have to report the number to the govn. in early 2013. That will be the employee number the IRS will use for fines if the company doesn't give the employees healthcare.

I believe it is by March 2013 that companies have to report their numbers. IIRC

This is just going to destroy small businesses, there is absolutely no incentive to growing your company beyond a certain size anymore.
