As soon as Romney was announced as the nominee I started to congratulate all my liberal friends on facebook. It was a rather discouraging nomination that I could not keep my trap shut about. I was so upset that we again give the nomination to someone who felt it was their turn.

The GOP wrote their own obituary with this election. I find it hard to believe that they ran a liberal against a socialist AGAIN. Enough with fielding liberals who try to sound conservative. Romney almost stuttered over his “conservative” views.

It was a signal to me that they were only interested in keeping the status quo, after all Romney differs from Obama [politically] on so very, very little.

The whole GOP strategy was predicated on the presumption that they own my, and your, vote.
