This isn't necessarily fraud.

It is when Democrat voting districts turn out 100% of their registered voters, while Republican voting districts turnout the more historically accurate 55%.

As Judge Judy says -- if it doesn't make sense, then it can't be true.

# of people in County from artcle: 98,215
# of people who voted from post 58: 62,069
Actual voter turnout based on # of people in county:63% (62,069/98,215)
% voting for Obama 50.9%
% voting for Romney 46.72%

There probably is voter fraud in some counties, but fraud is not obvious from this county’s numbers.

Not cleaning the roles does provide more opportunity for fraud. But a 63% turnout doesn’t make the case.
