The sad thing is: He’s right. It was upheld by the SCotUS. The liberals still control the senate and the white house. Boehner could spend all day every day introducing bills to repeal it and they won’t go anywhere. Even if they kept defunding it in the budgets those budgets won’t pass.
The Bill was not upheld by SCOTUS. The fees were OKed by SCOTUS because they called them a Tax. That is all.
