I suspect that Mitt Romney probably lost Virginia "fair and square."

• Bob McDonnell and the GOP-e screwed conservatives in the Virginia primary.
  This might have depressed turnout a little bit on Tuesday.

• George Allen voted to give us Bernanke, John Roberts and bush-o-nomics, but he
  wanted Virginians to believe that he is now a limited-government conservative.
  Having a bad retread Senate candidate might have affected the turnout for Romney.

• Obama won by more than the sum of those two unemployed retards, but he got
  fewer votes than Kaine, who will be an absolutely horrible senator btw.

To go along with your proposal I will add mine. When the House members and the Senate members meet jointly to ‘confirm’ the elector votes for Obama/Biden one member from each body should abstain/object or just plain out and out present the issues of fraud and the argument that the named electors for Obama/Biden be held pending resolution of the numerous probabilities of fraud. The members must be confronted with the question of fraudulent voting on an individual basis and forced to deal with any such demonstrated probabilities as to how they look at fraudulent voting. I recall Nixon had the opportunity to challenge the Illinois vote for Kennedy. Nixon chose not to do so for his own reasons of ‘unity’. The same might be true for Romney but this is much more important as to the future of the USA than a ‘Nixon’ feeling of unity. If Romney rebuffs an effort to remedy gross fraud than I believe he should not have been chosen to lead a serious challenge to Obama and Obama’s enablers and is not a fervent believer in the Constitution. I would hope Romney would have such a strong faith for our Constitution that he would not shirk from fighting for a fair and needed action in support.

My husband and I have been sitting around and talking about the low Republican turn out and it just doesn’t make any sense. How do you have such massive crowds in OH yet they don’t show up when it counts? Obama had much smaller crowds. Where the hell were the Chic Fil A crowds. Did they all vote for Obama? That slug Sandra Fluk had ten people show up at her rally. I just don’t get it. Why would Republicans stay at home during an election that was this crucial? Something doesn’t seem right?

Rove was basing his assessment on 2008 turnout numbers. The “decision desk” has the 2012 numbers.

We MUST be sure this never happens again. I don’t have a clue HOW, but still..

It shouldn’t be hard but it will probably be impossible in the current climate. We need to do the following; go back to one day of voting, require photo id, use paper ballots and when you drop your ballot in the box, you dip your finger in purple ink that will dissappear in 24 hours but cannot be washed off prior to the end of the voting day. Furthermore we should make sure that the vote is not tabulated until our soldiers votes are counted. The fact that these jerks worry about a photo id requirement disenfranchising some binge drinking college student but routinely disenfranchises our military infuriates me.

The problem with accepting it and moving on is that it will be understood that we accepted it. It will then become the accepted norm. As brazen as the dems are, they’ll begin to have awards ceremonies with categories such as, “best performance by a leading opponent”.

Interesting theory. Absent the verification of your individual vote tally in the pool of individual vote tallies there is no way to guarantee it. A numbered date-time stamped receipt of the transaction is not given. A public record of the numbered receipts/tallies is not provided. The possibilities for fraud are astronomical.

For vote counting the paper ballots would be deposited into a locked container and everyone with access to that container would sign a chain of custody attached to that container.

If any irregularities are found with the ballots in the container everyone who signed the chain of custody is summarily executed.

I don't think they Dropped votes of Romneys, I think those machines added Votes for Obama.

Those machines malfunctioned for Romney voters, when punched it showed up for Obama on the screen. It took them as much as 3 times to finally get it to stay on Romney.

So., 2 votes for Obama, 1 Vote for Romney. As we DO NOT KNOW what happened internally in those machines, to those Obama Votes

3 votes for Obama and 1 vote for Romney. Voter thinks the Obama vote was cleared when it actually was not. I do think that is what happened in many states. That is not dropping votes for Romney. It is adding to the Obama votes.

Those machines, imo, malfunctioned on purpose.

I think you are right about the machines.

The dems push that early voting thing to get a tally of what they will need election day.

I also believe they use more than one method to cheat the vote.

In totality, it gets them what they need to win. They key in on the swing states. As long as they get the EC votes, they don’t care about the popular vote. Dropping Romney vote by machine is a good way to make the popular vote look valid. Face it, how many elderly voters noticed if their vote was switched to Obama if they weren’t looking for it?

Another thing, we didn’t seem to have these problems too much is all red states, did we?

I don’t see how you rig this election by ADDING votes to Obama.

If that were the case he wouldn’t have shed 10 million votes from 2008. If ALLLLL these people are voting for Romney then you have to conclude that Obama’s real vote total was something like 50 million people. And while that would be hilarious if true, that’s just not practical to think.

Romney had less votes than McCain, despite winning I’s by enough of a margin that he was leading McCain’s 08 total by 2.5 million votes at the start of election day.

Somewhere along the way 3-5 million votes just up and vanished like a fart in the wind.

It is ALWAYS in the swing states. They know exactly what is needed, and they will make sure it gets done.

See, the voter sees the error & thinks the Obama vote was CLEARED off, then made another attempt to vote Romney, 2 more times until it finally HELD the Romney vote.

BUT, internally the machine NEVER CLEARED the Obama vote. So Obama gets 3 votes, Romney gets his ONE VOTE. Pretty nice huh?

Plus suppress the Military votes. THAT HAS GOT TO STOP and NOW. There is no reason for this, with all the electronic equipment available today.

Give each Soldier their own voting CODE number, or a password like we have to use to access our banks, they can use their Iphones to vote.

We are living in and among TECHNOLOGY today, it's everywhere you go and all that you hear. YET, they can't figure out how to get our TROOPS their RIGHT TO VOTE. Unforgivable.

Where the HELL is Congress on this matter? Is it nothing to them that we continue to let the Soldiers get shafted every election time? Is it nothing to the RNC?

The 2008 votes are irrelevant. You don’t base this on 2008. This was different race. You only needed to take enough from Romney add to Obama votes in key states. Enough to win the EC vote by a safe margin. After all, that is all that counts. Who cares what the 2008 totals were? They are meaningless. They cheated then too. Probably didn’t have to, but it was a good way to test the waters.

Go back to paper ballots. My Mississippi County went democrat for the first time in 63 years and there’s been NO demographic change.

No receipts are given, not even a voting number from the electronic machines. I want a valid receipt on my vote.
