Following the Election, America's Wounds will not Heal

Many years ago, the day after an election, the American people who supported the losing candidate would coallese behind the winning candidate and America would move forward.

Barak Obama and Joe Biden, along with their campaign staff and surrogates, destroyed any chance of that happening after this election because of their juvenile, snarky and condescending rhetoric to their conservative oppenents throughout the race and especially during the debates.

Not only will there be no healing of the nation or coming together, there will almost certainly be an even greater effort to work against this president!

The two most amazing things about the presidency of Barack Obama was his ability to win re-election and to further divide the country beyond what any previous generation could have imagined!

His success is our country's demise!

The phrase "my fellow Americans" refers to far fewer people than it did years ago. I no longer think of people in states that voted for Obama as "my fellow American's". How can I? America is nothing without the idea's and principles it was founded on. Those who do not share those ideas and principles are therefore, genuinely, NOT Americans!

No. Barry Benghazi will double down with retribution on his enemies using the IRS and Homeland inSecurity. I think it was just last week he graduated a group of junior Gestappo agents. What better way to break them in?

When the country was ordered by elitists, politicans and courts to abandon our American-American culture, the nation died. They ordered humanism (social Marxism) from the top down and erased the America’s culture of freedom and Western morality.

We managed to hold back the Marxist economic structure but we lost the fabric of moral and inspiried society that was woven into that economic system which made it work.

So, we lost America a long time ago. We chased the only piece of freedom remaining - economic freedom but were ordered to be totally devoid of our culture in our lives. Now that is gone, too.

I completely agree with you, Sara. I think the real indicator that our country had lost its moral compass was in the early 60’s (61-63) when the courts ruled that God's word was no longer allowed to be taught in the schools. Since then the decline of this country in so many categories began and has only continued.

I don’t even think of my family as ‘my fellow Americans’ anymore. They all voted for the Obamunist. I guess the ones that are living hand-to-mouth due to their own foolish decisions will have another think when the IRS notifies them of the penalty they’ll get to pay for the health care they won’t have.

Obama's bad behavior of the past four years was just rewarded so I expect he will be worse, if possible, the next four years. Last night he tried to be conciliatory at least for a few seconds (I just saw a few seconds long soundbite) but that was just for PR sake. The real Obama is what we have seen repeatedly over the last 4 years--the nastiest person, probably, ever to be President.

As far as personal character, I'm not sure if he is the absolute worst, but he's in the running for sure (along with Wilson, LBJ, Carter, and Clinton). But Biden could turn out to be worse if something happened to Obama.

I never thought I would see the day when I held such utter contempt and disdain for someone because of who they voted for. This is a cultural war we are engaged in, and I can no longer consider anyone who voted against our Republic, a friend of mine. In my mind, they are all enemies of the State, led by the minions of Satan himself. We all used to get over it and move on when the candidates we supported did not get elected, but no more. I am ready to sacrifice what I need to in order to stand on my principles and fight for this nation. I am heartbroken for our country but thankful there are still some true Patriots around. God forgive us and help us as we continue to fight for freedom.
