Furthermore, Sheriff Arpaio could ask the FBI to assist with a search warrant in Washington, D.C. for Obama’s immigration records. Obama’s Certificate of Naturalization is additional proof of a fraudulent BC.

That's true, but in order to determine someone is without a valid BC, there needs to be some sort of discovery save for perhaps an admission by the person. You know full well, that neither will happen in the case of Barry Soetoro. The courts are terrified (as are Congress) what discovery would uncover for the first (half) black President. Because of this country's history of slavery...*no* discovery will be allowed.

His naturalization file, if it exists, will never see the light of day for the above mentioned reasons.

You know as well, that this has a 0% chance of happening. The feds would cook something up to throw Sheriff Arpaio in a fed pen and his case wouldn't be adjudicated for years. There's no way the Sheriff would (or even should have to) do that.

If the military brass didn't care about LTC Lakins questions about lawful orders...the FBI wouldn't give a rat's a@@ about such a request from a Sheriff in Arizona. They would simply say there is no justification for such a "fishing expedition" if they even took the call/letter from him.
IMO, the key to this thing is the media. It's simply the world we live in today.
The only way possible that this eligibility question gets any legs is if the media does what's it's supposed to do and starts questioning these numerous things. This, of course, will not happen. The issue has been successfully stigmatized and the "conservative" media has jumped on that bandwagon.
The courts will continue to point to Congress, and Congress will continue to point to the courts.
Without persistant questions from the media, the Congress will continue to cower (for reasons above. i.e. Black President, slavery, perceived racism).
Nobody has standing, Nobody has the responsibility to determine a Presidents eligibility, Nobody has a case that is ripe, Nobody has a case in a court of jurisdiction.
As much as the country desparately needs it and as much as we might want it to happen, documentation discovery; Will. Not. Happen.

This statement demonstrates a woeful lack of understanding of constitutional rights, criminal procedure and administrative law. No judge would ever issue such a warrant to a Sheriff for a search of the DHS Secretary’s home (or anyone’s) for records that would be in violation of Obama’s personal privacy and that aren’t even Napolitano’s home!
This statement alone should call into question any reliance on anything SvenMagnussen has ever posted, especially his/her statement: “let me just say you will have to trust me” in comment 41.
