Is loitering at a polling station allowed? This is a serious question. I don’t believe that here in Texas that I could go out to a local precinct polling station and stand there all day staring at people who are going in to vote. Not next to the entrance anyway - especially if I was dressed in combat boots and military type garb. Last time they carried night sticks...
IIRC the AG of the US has declared this intimidation a legal action as long as it’s done by “his people.”
