No issues here- the only choice you can make that moves us away from the cliff is Romney/Ryan.

Falling on one’s sword only removes you from further conflict.

Right on, FRiend!

Yeah...Bush sucked, and McCain would have sucked. Gore and Kerry would have been better, and we really dodged the McCain bullet with the election of the Won.

All sarcasm aside, remember what Reagan said...something like he who agrees with you 80% is not 20% your enemy. Takes a real lousy RINO to justify voting for the most “conservative” of democrats.

I didn’t know how this was going to end D-1 when I first started reading. An amazing finish. An excellent post.

Amen!

When Sarah didn’t enter,I was without a candidate. Mitt was never a consideration but he has been saying the right things and his speeches have been Reaganesque in their positive message and love of country.

I have come to appreciate him more and hope he continues to surprise us in a good way.

I am trying to gauge how things are going by watching both sides closely and the Dems are appearing a bit more confident of victory than Rs, even though they are still milking the vote with voter suppression talk and such.

Rove didn't seem very confident tonight. I don't know if it is because he is holding his cards close to motivate Rs to get out the vote or if is because he wears two hats: paid analyst and pseudo-Romney PAC fundraiser.

I am sure your vote will be the one that tips CA to Romney's side and wins the race for him. When Mitt wins with CA complete surprise victory you deserve an invitation to stay at the WH :)

Good on you, D-1. I swore I'd never vote for Romney, but I changed my mind when the demonic-rats held that unconscionable vote against God and Jerusalem at their convention. If that were not enough, Benghazi would have been.

I'll be voting for Romney/Ryan tomorrow, instead of voting against the Marxist. I've actually come around to appreciate Mitt Romney and I've always liked Paul Ryan.

Very moving. Thank you for your honesty and courage to admit it. God bless you and pray we win tomorrow. The Romney clan pictures shows exactly what’s at stake tomorrow. Beautiful children, how can we be evil to them by not working our hardest to defeat the incompetent incumbent?

For months, I was one of Mitt Romney's biggest critics here. But, over the past two months, Romney has done something I didn't think was possible -- win me over as a supporter.

I never would have guessed a few months ago that Romney would run as conservative campaign as he has. He has developed into the best Republican candidate since Reagan. As much as I hate to admit it, Ann Coulter might have been right about him being the candidate with the best chance of defeating Obama.

I still expect Romney to disappoint conservatives on some issues. But, I don't believe he would have run so strongly on conservative principles if he didn't plan on following through on a conservative agenda.

He might just surprise us all and be the most conservative President since Ronald Reagan.

I have many reservations about Mitt Romney. And in spite of every one of them, voting for him tomorrow will be one of the easiest things I’ve ever done in my life.

It takes an honorable person with lots of integrity to admit a change of position. I appreciate your honesty. To me you stated the key reason that I am voting Romney/Ryan....we are in a state of clear and present danger and the country hangs in the balance. That is good enough for me as a reason

I don’t know. Can’t argue with anything you posted. But, compared to previous times, I’m strangely passionless about the election, in all honesty. I should be so wildly motivated, given that Obama has been the most evil, destructive force inflicted on this country in my lifetime, by an order of at least tenfold. Two reasons I’m guessing. At this point the country seems so ridiculously unsalvageable, as it sinks further and further into deep economic, moral and cultural decline... it just makes the political scene seem so laughably moot.

Then there’s Romney, while obviously a tremendous improvement, is still someone I can’t really say I trust. Especially on key issues of paramount importance to me. After the past few years of being so burned by the GOP, from Bush pushing his horrific amnesty agenda, to the backstabbing of Palin, to the nominations of the most liberal Republicans for office, I’ve tended to lose all my decades-old faith and allegiance to the Republican party that formed during Reagan’s era. There’s a deep disconnect and a deep distrust I never had before. Makes things rather miserable, actually. But I’ll vote.

Much more keen on and more invigorated by grassroots activities like tea-party rallies and Chick-Fil-A protests!

FReepers and Tea Party Patriots:

We’ve been waiting 4 long, insufferable, hellatious years for this day.

We’ve anguished over the lawlessness of this president.

We’ve feared for the futures of our children and grandchildren.

We were astonished when this president brazenly attacked our religious freedoms, pillaged the sacred public purse, and denigrated our small businessmen and servicemen.

He aims to steal this election.

The time has now arrived.

This will be our finest hour.

The 2010 midterms was just the initial skirmish of this death match.

Saddle up!

We ride at dawn.
