Richard Miniter pointed out that they captured a lot of al-Qaeda documents in the raid that killed OBL, which could have been used to track down and kill key figures in al-Qaeda before they learned that OBL was dead. But Obama was in such a hurry to go on TV and brag about his big accomplishment that they threw away a golden opportunity to do massive damage to al-Qaeda.
They don’t want to damage al-Qaeda.
