I suppose if the election would have been close (72) would have voted for Nixon. It was evident however, that there was something not right about Nixon. Got the same feeling from Gore (2000), Kerry (2004), and Obama.
The main thing which is different now from 72 is the thing about the pigs all calling themselves demoKKKrats in recent years.
