I'm tired of these satires also. I don't have time to click on false trails.

Label them as satires in the title, that's fine. Otherwise, not posting them would be a blessing.

With the new format now in effect on the "latest posts" pages eliminating the first part of the text of the post, we click on these satirical masterpieces lured by enticing titles.....only to begin reading what turns out to be fairy tales.

I don't like the new robotic format on the "latest posts" pages, either, although I realize it's to save space given the current trauma enveloping FR.

Fighting trauma with more trauma, I guess.

Methinks you might recall the true purpose of satire.

    1. A literary work in which human vice or folly is attacked through irony, derision, or wit.
    2. The branch of literature constituting such works.
  1. Irony, sarcasm, or caustic wit used to attack or expose folly, vice, or stupidity.

This is a great way to redicule and reveal the abhorrent and duplicitous mindset of the Socialist Progressive in the Executive Branch. Plus, I get a hoot reading the responses of those drawn within the ambiguities of the art.
