Because some men aren’t looking for anything logical, like money. They can’t be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.
I see in your eyes the same fear that would take the heart of me. A day may come when the courage of men fails, when we forsake our friends, and break all bonds of fellowship; but it is not this day! An hour of woe, and shattered shields, when the Age of Men comes crashing down; but it is not this day! This day we fight! By all that you hold dear on this good earth, I bid you stand, Men of the West!”
Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be men of courage; be strong. 1 Corinthians 16:13

We have taken nothing from them, as they incessantly claim, but they plot, struggle and strive to take everything from us, not least of all things, the right to maintain our stand in the present, rather than be driven into the dark nightmares of their pasts and futures. He could be describing the GOP-E.

Daniel Greenfield’s a treasure. I’ve read books before - 300 - 400 pages and wondered why the information wasn’t pared down to the twenty or thirty pages worth reading. With Daniel Greenfield it’s the opposite. Some sentences are worth a chapter. What an amazing mind - thanks again for posting his thoughts...

Great find, thanks.
Lots to mull over in this article. For example, this one quote is probably an over simplification of the ongoing tests we endure, generation after generation: “ - - - We face two conflicts in the present day and against the present day.”
