One suspects that (even with the given format), Martha Raddatz (Obama friend) and her comrades have totally compromised the questions (selection and wording, even), and that the VEEP has been rehearsing his answers for the past week.

One also suspects that the WH input has been "coordinating" this all along.

There are hundreds of ways to parse the disclaimer ("nobody knows the questions or the content" for example) and still be right, even though the questions are compromised. If there were a longer list of questions from which to choose, for example, such a disclaimer could still be put forth as "proof" of ethical behavior, even if the whole thing were rigged.

Consider that the current administration took such a drubbing from last week's debate, one suspects that they will (and have) worked overtime to "fix" this one.
