I’ve never understood why some women are so attracted to losers.

He is a “lady’s man” in the tradition of Rock Hudson, and Elton John.

Younger non-college women, with child, without husband, are a shoe-in for ObamaYep, he's got the slut vote locked up.

Look at the letters that serial-killers get from women wanting to marry them...it’s the same ones that find bath-house barry attractive...

Is it the way he jogs up to the Presidential podium, as his fists bounce together in perfect timing? Is it his slim figure decked out in high-end designer, Hart Schaffner Marx (Yes, Marx, no kidding) suits that gets the attention of contraceptive hungry young ladies?
No, it's the promise he makes to take care of them if things start getting too bad financially. It's no longer politically correct for young women to admit they want someone to take care of them, let alone that they want a man to do it. The culturally acceptable way to do it is to vote for Big Government, so that other people's money can be used to defray some of the expenses faced by young single women (especially single mothers), and can be relied on for complete support if it comes to that.

It’s a pimp thing. He “understands” his working ladies in a way their real daddies never could.

Naomi Judd??!! She’s the mother of Wynona and the other one, whose name eludes me at this moment. Better lookin’ than her daughters, though.

You got it right. All these young independent don’t-need-a-man modern women almost always vote for politicians who promise to be surrogate daddy and/or husband. They don’t actually believe they can make it on their own.
To: joeclarke
Maybe it’s the fact that they can share underwear and shoes?

It’s the same reason some women are attracted to homos.

For the type of woman that is dicussed in this blog, choosing which presidential candidate to vote for is like choosing a contestant on "The Dating Game." Real issue analysis is almost superfluous for them because they are not serious thinkers.
I sometimes think we made a big mistake back in 1971 when we added the 26th Amendment, allowing all 18 year olds to vote, to the Constitution. The 18 year voting age should have been applied only for active service people, while the voting age for all others should have remained at 21.

Add the 19th while you are at it. FReeper women are a distinct minority.

GAGGGG!!! Some women wouldn’t know John Wayne from Liberace.
I like W - there is a real man. Couldn’t stand the slimy Clinton even though I heard first person accounts of his overwhelming charisma. Too much of a snake oil vendor for me. Kerry is an opportunist poseur, Al Gore a sweating bellowing pig. When did we see the last rat real guy??? JFK - despite his faults? Truman?
