I had never been to a Chick-fil-A before this started. I found the one in my town and the spicy chicken sandwich is just super - I’ve been there twice now. I’m in Texas and the temp. is about 100 every day so it’s too hot for me, at my advanced age, to drive there often. As soon as the weather cools, I’m having that sandwich at least once a week. I also had the peach milkshake and it was swell.

I made myself drive there regardless of the heat, on homo demonstration day and they didn’t show up - probably due to our town being full of Texas Bubbas.

The chicken is just good and I’m glad I got to know that place.

I'll be voting on election day, then heading to Chick-fil-A for a victory meal. Join in, America!

I always go through a period of severe withdrawal every fall when they quit selling peach shakes.

One of the nice things about being in the Houston suburbs is that most of the gay folks stay in the city, although I have noticed more guys at the grocery store lately with their man purses over their shoulder. Just have to shake my head at them.
