The choices are:
Excellent
Fair
Poor
Terrible
Uncertain
One positive and two negative choices. Even uncertain and fair have a slightly negative connotation. So anyone that isn't willing to go as far as excellent is left only with fair as a choice. When published, no doubt the fair and uncertain numbers will be dropped and it'll be reported as X% "in favor of" (being just those that respond "excellent") and Y% "against" Ryan as a VP. (both the poor and terrible choices). They may even through in the "fair" numbers into the against bucket since they are not explicitly "for" the choice. The poll stinks.
